FACILITY RENTAL FEES:


  • $3000.00  Saturday
  • $2600.00  Friday​
  • $2200.00 Sunday
  • $1500.00 Monday – Thursday

    Specialty Dates and Holiday Rates vary, please inquire

   

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • If alcohol is being served at your event, security is required.                 
  • All alcohol, including beer and wine, must be kept at the bar and must be served by a TABC licensed bartender.     
  • A cleaning fee of $250.00 is collected per event and a refundable $250.00 damage deposit is required. The damage deposit is refundable, within 2 weeks of your event, if no damage occurs & no additional clean-up is required.
